Light Freight: Arnold Transit Company vessels are designed for passenger and light freight only. Light freight refers to any goods, supplies, materials, or packages that exceed normal carry-on size.

- Payment for freight is due at time of shipment unless prior billing arrangements exist.
- Freight must be securely packaged and clearly labeled with destination and contact information.
- Arnold Transit is not responsible for damage to goods or items left unclaimed.
- Dock opens 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure times and freight CAN NOT be dropped off prior to the dock opening.
Large and Heavy Freight: Any freight that requires forklift handling, pallet transport, or heavy-equipment assistance must be coordinated through Arnold Freight.
